I have been here twice now and had a good experience both times. Once I had an appointment and the other time I did not. Both times I was taken with almost no wait. The stylists were friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and spent ample time getting it right with the details. Each time I came out with a great looking cut for a great price.
The wait was way longer than I qas told it would be. I usually go to other Great Clips locations, but this one was the most convenient for me at the time. I don't think the haircut i received was anywhere near as good as i get at other locations. They wouldn't allow customers to use their restroom I felt like both workers were kind of rude. I definitely won't go back to this location.
He went in today and whoever cut his hair shaved a bald spot into the back of his head. And failed to tell him about it. He commented when he got home about how she didn't show him his neckline and found that fishy so upon looking at his head it made sense. She did not give him a receipt he has no idea who did it. I called the store and the "assistant manager" was completely useless in coming up with a solution other than offering to fix it. He has a head full of thick hair with a bald spot shaved into it. Not much fixing that. And even if there was why would he go somewhere where they attempted to cover up such a huge mistake? Shame.
