FYI dont show up at opening time. Apparently at least one employee at the Chicopee Ma location does not want to cut hair that early. Not sure what time she would welcome someone if at all but definitely not at 9. I guess I didn't realize opening at 9 for customers doesn't mean cutting hair at 9. i was treated so rudely that I had to leave. I didn't want someone who was so irritated by me actually wanting a haircut at a hair salon touching my hair. Wrote a compositor cust service the next day. I was told the owner would be in touch but after 5 days I have heard nothing. So I no longer plan on doing business with Great Clips .
I spent a lot of time waiting. They have only one hair dresser. I walked out because of the wait. The person said I will be right with you. Well that didn't happen. It is bad service. Never again!!!
Just experienced THE WORST service at this Great Clips and we'll never... I repeat never be going back again. Upon walking in we were not greeted and no one took our name. 6 stylist were working in the salon and not one of them greeted us. We sat ourselves down and waited patiently for over 20 minutes, during the last 5 minutes 2 more men showed up and sat down and were promptly greeted and asked what services they were there for. The "Stylist" did not look at us...did not once asked us if we were there first...did not acknowledge us at all. Despicable Behavior. Will never be going back again. I just wasted 20 minutes of my life in a stupid Great Clips. And if planning doesn't stop here I will be reaching out to their corporate. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!
"Come right in" " we run a shaver through your hair and hope for the best!" I came into great clips thinking they were going to be great, but that wasn't the case. I sat down after waiting a whole hour because you can't make an appointment and explained exactly what I wanted and that I did not want a bowl cut and guess what she gave me? Yes, a bowl cut. She didn't show me the back of my head. I asked her to blow dry it a little bit and she said she can't do that. When I left I had noticed some patches of longer hair that she missed, my side burns were not even, I attached a photo so you guys can see this and not get your hair cut by Raquel. I called back to get it fixed and she told me I have to come in and wait 2 hours and I can't make an appointment. I'm going to a different place.
