Great Clips in Cedar Falls, IA

I went in on a busy day and the wait time was 90+ minutes, understandable, first thing I saw was the manager  on duty at the time "Tabitha" had skipped two people for a customer that just walked in, I was one of the two and didn't say  anything, the other guy didn't notice because he was too focused  into his phone. After I get called back to the chair it was a young blond girl, she confirmed with me a 1 on the sides and finger length on top, as she was cutting, I notice she was going to high, I told her to not go any higher that i usually go right above my temple, she then proceeds to tell me a that I have a colic on the side of my head and that's why she put it the way she did, and the whole time I'm watching her explain to me this and either she really believe this non-sense and doesn't know what she's doing or she is a extremally  good liar. I got up and told her I'll go somewhere else and to ring me out, That's when Tabitha the manager said I don't have to pay and that I'm no longer welcome at that store, and I asked her why and she said I was aggressive towards her staff!  I have been going to this place for over a year now and the lady that usually cuts it was busy. This was very Unprofessional I get it that she probably went too high and that I could of warned her ahead of time but at that point it was no big deal, it's when she decided to feed me full of crap and then her manger said I was aggressive.

I wish I was making this up but head to Great Clips and get your hair cut by Heather if you want it to look like this. I'm mortified they would even let him walk out like this. I spent 10 discussing how my son wanted his hair. I even told Heather if she wasn't great with boys with long hair we could wait for someone who was as not everyone is.  She spent LESS THAN 10 MINUTES chopping the crap out of his hair. They say a picture is worth a thousand words I sure hope this pictures tell you to RUN from Great Clips and not make the same mistake we did. Thank goodness good hair grows fast.

They absolutely ruined my hair, very very frustrated and want to know which one cut my hair. Would recommend everyone to stay clear from this terrible great clips

Not sure what to say....I have had one of the best haircuts of my life here, followed by the 2 worst haircuts of my life, followed by 1 mediocre one. It's so inconsistent. I have switched over and now go to Butler and Sons in Waterloo-much more consistent. I guess if you have a simple haircut or don't mind it being different each time, this place is fine. But I want to know who my barber is each time-not just a random person who may or may not know what to do.

I have received haircuts from this great clips before. However after getting a very rushed haircut from Vasida, I noticed a lot of flaws in the haircut. One of my sideburns was 2 inches higher than the other one and she said to me in a very stern tone ",it's close enough." I strongly recommend not having Vasida cut your hair.
