Doing this type of service, there should have been more than 2 hair stylists working- the app online check-in said it was a 66-minute wait...okay that is fine and we checked in with 6 people in front of us. That 66-minute wait turned into nearly 120 minutes being the 6th person in line because of only having 2 stylists. That was a bit frustrating, thus the 4 versus 5 star review.

Apparently if you show up at 5:25 and they close at 6:00 they turn you away. There were two people in there.

Been to this GC 3 times now, and every time they have not gotten me in on my scheduled appointment time or even close. I get 5-10 mins out but it's been over 20 mins once and 30 twice
Go to the one by Walmart if you just have to go to a Great clips but I'd recommend any other company 1st
