They do a great job cutting my husbands hair. My husband and I are picky about how his hair looks. Everyone is really nice
Don't listen to what you want done. Told the lady I wanted trimmed, layered, and thinned due to having very thick long hair. Ended up with a rude lady who continued to be dismissive argued with what I wanted, made a point to degrade my colored hair and treatments, then spent a total of 5 minutes from start to finish with her and now have hair cut straight across no layers and no thinning. I spent $56 here on the cut and products that I use only to walk out feeling like my hair was ruined. It's now shoulder length, was middle of my back and I have to cut extra off to correct it. WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS DON'T EITHER!
Since moving here it has been great getting a haircut. Especially at this Great Clips in Caldwell. For the first time in my life, I get the haircut I ask for. I've had my hair cut at two other locations here in the Boise area, but this place listens. they even put in my notes how afraid I am of getting my hair cut too short. Terrific place. Very friendly.
I had my hair cut and beard shaped and trimmed by Jessica again and she did an awesome job on it again she really listens to what her customers want and then delivers it she cares about job and her customers
Very clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful! It's way quicker if you use the app to check in before arriving otherwise you may have a bit of a wait. They do a great job on men and women's hair. If there is a special style or cut you are looking for ask when checking in who would be best and they will get you set up for a wonderful experience.
