Terrible and rude manager! Don't deserve a star at all! I recently checked in online and upon arriving I noticed they were calling everyone after my name so when I said something the woman was very rude and said that I needed to let them know when I arrive and I said I thought that was the point of checking in online! So she became defensive and I said I wouldn't be coming back and she immediately said we don't care if you come back! Come to find out I was speaking with the manager! Rude b****!!!!
If I could give this a rating of ZERO, I would! Mary cut my sons hair and it was the absolute worst haircut I've ever seen! It was pieced and chopped. There was NO blending. When I asked for someone else to fix it, she got defensive and said there were not previous notes. No matter, she should be embarrassed to let her customer leave looking like that! #greatclips YOU should be embarrassed!
