This is super close to where I live and it's convenient. The problem is when you check in on the app it gives you an estimated time. Today I arrived as the app indicated I needed to wait 8 more minutes. As I'm sitting and waiting inside the business, the app suddenly change from 8 to 18 minutes. Hmmm. So I went to my car and sat there. When the app went down to 8 minutes again, I walked in and sat inside the business for my turn. Suddenly and again, the app went up from 8 minutes to 18 minutes. Exactly the same thing as before. I asked the workers if the app is working. One lady said I just walked in and so they had other people go before me. I explained I was already checked in on the app and checked in on the business. She said "just sit there and we'll take care of you shortly". I have an issue with people making mistakes over and over, and when they try to put the blame on the customer, that's as far as I go. My time is valuable, there's a ton of other places nearby. I will never set foot here again.
