I wish no stars was an option. My son came back home after getting his hair cut here for our wedding next weekend with his back hairline raised two inches and not straight. One sideburn shaved and one left. A full ring around one ear and not the other. It was supposed to be a clean up trim and whoever they had "helping" at this location today, that apparently isn't a regular stylist, absolutely butchered my sons hair before a very important weekend. Our wedding photos are pictures we'll have for the rest of our lives with this haircut now a part of them. Would not recommend.
Today was my first time in and Young is the friendly Korean lady who cut my hair. She did a great job and knew just how to blend it. She was very detailed and even asked questions about how I wanted it. I'm definitely coming back.
Checked in on the app and it showed a 47 min wait. I had time so it was fine. The app got down to 19 mins and then jumped up to 35 mins. I thought ok maybe a glitch but then it did it again and I was close enough to stop by and found out I was 5th in line and the lady working told me it was because the other lady went to lunch. This is a horrible way to run a sign up list. If your going to be bumping people the whole time. You cannot expect your customers to be happy when they have waited an hour to get in and you keep bumping the time up. Never apologized for this either, she just took me off the list and I walked out! Doubt I will ever come back!
Lisa was amazing!! A great haircut, couldn't be happier!! I came in shortly after they opened, and was immediately sat for a haircut. Lisa cut my hair exactly as I asked. Would highly recommend.
Young is very pleasant and professional. I have noticed that she sanities her work station and tools/clippers between clients. She does a nice job of cutting my hair and trimming my beard. She is patient and does what is needed so I can look my best.
