Worst experience ever. I checked in using the online service. The online service states to wait to arrive until you receive a text acknowledging 15 minutes left to wait. I did exactly this and upon arriving was told that my name was removed and I would be added to the bottom of the list. The employees were less than helpful and Lana was extremely rude. She stated it wasn't their issue that the system removed my name. I came exactly when I was supposed to and they were terrible. The entire time Lana refused to help in anyway to resolve the issue. I left and went elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Would advise going anywhere but here.
Was turned away for a cut 15 mins before close although nobody else was waiting, open light was still on. Called 30 mins before close to make sure they were still open just to get turned away.
