Great Clips in Berea, KY

Great place to get a haircut, shampoo, or style! Staff are very nice and do an amazing job!

Would not recommend to anyone ever. Very unprofessional behavior from one of their staff members. Manager was suppose to contact me about my experience and never contacted me. From now on I'll just drive to the Richmond location.

Worst haircut ever at great clips, Berea, Ky. Been going there a long time, a person named Trish usually cuts my hair and has always done a fantistic job, always worthy of a tip.This hairstylist put me in the chair and said, "what can I do for you, you know your numbers?" There was an attitude in her voice, maybe didn't want to be there, or cut my hair. She seem irritated that she had to walk back to computer to see how to cut my hair. Then, first pass with the clippers, I knew I was screwed. The clippers was for the sides and back, not to nearly to the center on top of my head, thinking It's really going to be short this time. I ask that my eyebrows be trimed before she was done. No response but she did trim them. The end result, got the haircut in a very very short few minutes, a look I have never gotten before or wanted, one sideburn is nearly 1/2" higher that the other side, left a few long hair that was on top of ears, and the eyebrows was incomplete.
I'm F--------- Pissed because I'm going to class reunion tonight.
My advise to anyone who goes to greatclips, if they seem to have an attitude and are not friendly, don't get in their chair.

Don't let her pink hair fool you.  Trish is what makes this shop worth returning to again and again.  Great Clips is located on Prince Royal near Papa John's and the indoor flea market.  The store recommends signing in on the mobile app.  I find it's easier to call, verify she's in, then drive down.

I wear my hair mid-short, fading the back and sides really short.  My hair has mixed texture to it, and Trish manages to cut and style it with ease.  I also trust her judgment on how and where to trim it.  She also got me into wearing pomade to keep my style manageable.  I like the look, but now that my sides are getting longer, it's getting harder to slick back.  I do my own touch-up when I get home.  It's fine.

You need people you trust to cut your hair.  I've got Trish.  Now it's your turn.

I don't know what that Peter guy is thinking, but my experience there was not pleasant. The wait was long, the service was rude and the haircut may have been the worst I've ever had! I guess it's not surprising--its Great Clips.
