Grand Nails Spa Wichita in Wichita, KS

Ridiculous customer service. Booked appointment and they would take walk in before .and in my 2.5 hrs appointment they couldn't complete a mani and pedi!

This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Our group made a reservation together (4 of us in total). I arrived and waited sitting in the chair next to my 3 friends getting their nails done. No one spoke to me about even doing my nails for 45 minutes. No one was apologetic or even offered any explanation. I do not recommend going here as they do not honor appointments. I ended up leaving without my nails done because my friends all finished their whole service before I even was talked to and it makes no sense to book as a party if one person is left out. I will not be returning.

I'm from out of town and looking for a nail salon since I'm attending a party. Called and made the appointment as soon as we arrived to Wichita. The staff that helped me was great. I got regular pedicure and she didn't even cut my nails lol. She did file it. I requested if she can removed the side nails, not really an ingrown nail. She told me there's a $5 charge to remove callous.
Then I got a grand shellac nail, she didn't really do anything special. Overall, it was disappointing and not relaxing.
I see almost everyone has bottled water but I wasn't even offered one.

Nice place, friendly staff! If massage on your legs with different lotions is what you're looking for in a pedicure, great place. If you want a pedicure that takes care of your cuticles and removes dry skin/ calluses from your feet, NOT the place. I upgraded from the basic and even verified if the pedi I chose included cuticle care and callus removal, he assured me it did! He scrubbed maybe 5 seconds on each foot. I expressed to him that I still had dry skin in my heal and he ignored me. He cut my toe nails and painted them followed with massaging my leg. If i wanted a massage I would have gone to a massage therapist! I get pedicures all the time so it's not like I had an abundance of dry skin and impossible to remove. The nail place I go to has zero problem removing the little dry skin i have, they were booked! My pedicure took 20 minutes from start to finish! By far the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten and double the price from my usual place!

My husband and I drive over the road. I will absolutely be back, to get my nails done. The staff were very friendly. They took the time to ensure that I was satisfied. The owner of the salon is magnificent. She was detailed and customer oriented. So far, this is the best salon I have been to.
