I actually just went back to Susan today and I have nothing nice to say about how my hair turned out. I asked for an icy blonde/lavender color and left with almost black hair. It was such a dark purple you couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. It completely ruined my hair. I previously had highlighted blonde hair and because of her I had to go to ANOTHER salon today to get her mess fixed. I am now nowhere near the color I wanted. I will NEVER go back here.
