Gorgeous beauty salon in Cupertino, CA

Look for this sweet lady named sunny!! :) She did my Japanese straightening and it turned out so shinny and super straight!!!

This was one of the shadiest and worst hair straightening I have ever had. The woman was not only aggressive but used inappropriate brushes and when using a very sharp wire one cut my face on both sides. Not only that, when I called back to tell her that she had left a lot of product in my hair and had cut it when I asked her not to and we both saw her doing that in the mirror, she hung up on me. I asked her to give me the managers name and phone number and she refused and then decided to not answer the phone for the entire afternoon. I would suggest that you go literally anywhere but here as they will ruin your hair and then hang up on you but take your money. This was the most disgusting hair treatment I have ever gotten in my life let alone a haircut that I've gotten for eight dollars in downtown San Jose. They do not care about the person and she Treated me like trash the entire time but more so after the fact. Oh and on top of that she said don't buy the Groupon just pay me the same in person, so that gives you a little background information.

Don't waste your money or time here. The owner barely speaks English and when you try to explain what you want she gets irritable and tells you what she offers vs. what you want. Terrible service.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. My son started crying because the asian lady who was cutting his hair hurt him. I don't know where her attention was. I told her, my son told her but she didn't hear. Finally, I stood right beside her and told her to slow down. She smiled, apologized and told my son to tell her if it hurts again. May be she has heavy hands and was rough on the scalp. But frankly speaking, there is a way when you deal with kids. Have patience, be attentive. I know, you're running a business but this is just not the way!

********************HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED********************** I am new to Cupertino. I was looking for a hair cut on 24th Dec. I Decided to do the hair cut there as it was very cheap and it was one of the saloon which was opened on that day. The lady in the saloon was so pathetic. She does not know how to cut the hair. While doing the work, she stopped and went to talk to her college almost 10 mins and aruge with him for long. I was waiting on the chair with half cut hair. She did not even say apologies for that. She used one of the crap scissor which already had someone's hair in it. I had to tell her to do lots of corrections after she said that she had done it. Even then she could not do what ever I was correct that I had asked her to do. There were lots of long hairs which is uncut on my back lower of the head. I had to cut manually after I reach home. She did not even use the blade to shave the hair which is near to back of the ear. I had to correct that one also. I have never seen such a pathetic saloon in US over the last 7 years. I should have checked the review before I go.
