The haircut was good and I was happy with it. Then, I asked for quote of highlight. It was given to me as $120 for medium long hair which is a reasonable price, but when it was finished, they tried to charge me a lot more due to bleach and conditioning... but it was not mentioned to me up front. The highlight is also not as good as expected. The roots are not covered by the highlight, and random orange color showed up as well. I only asked for pink color. Overall, I would not recommend doing highlight here... I've done highlight in the salon at least 10 times in my life, and this is the worst experience I had so far...
My Asian hair is very straight and stubborn, not easy to cut for most stylists, but she did an excellent job! She knew exactly what I wanted and how to best style my hair. Definitely going back here as a return customer!
Anita is very sweet. Her husband helps out with greeting customers and making some delicious tea. I was looking for a place to cut my hair short. I've had long hair for a while and last time I got my hair cut short was in LA. I didn't know where to go but my friends recommended Anita's Salon. They were right to recommend me to her! I did a walk in and she was able to help me after her client. Her husband gave me some tea while I waited. I usually don't like getting my hair cut short because they always cut it way too short. While she was cutting my hair, she would double check if the length was correct and teaching me ways on how to maintain my hair. She is such a sweetheart. Definitely, check her out if you are near Cupertino!
Anita did a great job for my haircut and hair highlight, she takes her time for the shampoo it is relaxing. She cuts quickly and does a skillful job.
