Goodus Beauty Supply & Hair Salon in San Bernardino, CA

They were following me and watching me as soon as I walked in. I just came to buy hair and leave in and it was my first time at this store so I was exploring . She came to every section I was in to stand there and watch me. She also kept asking if I need help after I told her FIVE time I was just browsing after I grabbed what I came for. Why open a store for black people if that's how you act toward them?

On December 28th/ 2023 They charged me 2.99 for ORS HAIR RESTORE MAYONNAISE and I saw it at Walmart for 1.68 which let's me know they are greedy and taking advantage of people. I'll Never come back here for that reason.

Black peoples take your money somewhere else this worse shop I ever been to I only been 3 times. I just moved to highland. The workers there are polite at first I really like the store due to vast Selection of hair. however, recently I came in made a purchase and I was ring up by owner for the first time . I go to register she on her phone the whole time doesn't even want acknowledge me and gives me WRONG change amount and Accuses me of stealing DOESNT EVEN APOLOGIZE ONE I CORRECTED HER MISTAKE overall, just very rude very horrible experience and it came from owners which was shocking . Because I came there before and spent 100s and never had a problem. Racist ass owner take your money to she beauty in Colton it's black owned and you won't have due personal bias from ignorant incompetent people.

Avoid this place at all costs! I went in there specifically for 16 in clip in extensions. The first brand the lady gave me was on the cheaper end and I asked for better clips. As soon as she brought the next style out I should have known!! They had a weird plastic thing connecting the hair and looked super cheap. They were priced at $150 and ended up paying $172 for the hair. When I got home I realized what the box said and the hair was completely different. She gave me 18' hair which obviously is more expensive AND the clip ins were sooooo cheap. I called to see if I can get 16' like I asked for and they said they couldn't exchange due to Covid. First of all Covid is no longer a state emergency and all regulations have been lifted. Secondly she said that brand doesn't make 16' inches and went with her own judgment to give me something else. WITHOUT TELLING ME?? Do not come here!!

The first time, I came here customer was good and decent. The selection of hair products is great and prices are great. What bothers me is the clutter. It's hard to find things. The next few times I came here the customer service was rude and short. Maybe they were tired and annoyed by the time I came in but it has been more than once I experienced this. Maybe they think I am mean customer or something. Other than that the store is ok. It's like you either deal with them or go to Waterman or Tigi. It's hard to find good beauty supply stores with good products and service.
