I've been a regular customer at Golden Touch year-round, going in every 3 weeks for a dip manicure and pedicure. Last week they cancelled my appointment the day before. They did the same thing again today and told me they couldn't take my dip off for another week (that would be 5 weeks total!) and didn't seem to care at all. There is only one manicurist who does dip nails well, and it appears she no longer works there. Very disappointing. If anyone knows where Mercy is doing nails now, I'd happily go somewhere else! :)
They do such a good job and pay attention to detail- no short cuts!! I've been to many of the nail salons out here and Golden Touch is by far the best!
