Angela did a terrific job on my hair and Ashley shaped and cleaned up my brows wonderfully. Angela did a color correction  on the ends of my hair that had been dyed a different color from my head. Did low and high lights and is helping me to blend my stubborn gray roots. I appreciated her hard work and felt beautiful when I left her salon. I've received numerous compliments!

She burned the ever living crap out of my scalp with product because she has zero time management and she left me sitting under the heater with product in my hair way tooooo long while she cut other peoples hair. I complained about pain several times before she finally washed me. I literally bled. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...well. I gave her a second chance after she offered a remedy for the burnt scalp and promised it was an allergic reaction to her product although I had never broke out and had been doing platinum for years. The second time I went back I said I really wanted my hair done for a job interview. She swore she could have me done in time for my interview, with lowlights, wash, cut, blowdry and style from 10-2 p.m. she failed the mission. I left with a horrible color job, she chopped a stair case out of the back of my hair, didnt finish the cut which was extremely weird that she chopped one chunk of hair, then dyed it, once again stuck me under the dryer for an extremely long period of time, washed it then started to run out of time. I told her putting me under the dryer to dry my hair was a bad idea several times and she did it anyways so she could cut other customers hair. She panicked when her daughter kept telling her that she needed to cut and style my hair still. So she rubbed mousse in my hair under dryer and said "There! you're all styled This should curl your hair!" My hair is natural super straight. I left with a terribly messy head that was unfinished, uncut, chopped, and ugly color with a horrible hair "style". I paid her to avoid confrontation considering I was already getting really behind in time and thought id get my refund later. I went home, attempted to fix the rats nest I had, and went to the interview nearly late. For the past 2 months I've fought the bank about a refund because she refuses to give it. And if it wasn't her inability to do hair that made me hate being there...she will bore you half to dang death with her weird ideologies about christianity linking to how the biology of the body runs and how she believes she is a prophet, but is too greedy to share her knowledge as a prophet because god gave her that secret. idk! it's weird!!!!!!! if you want some relaxing or girly talk while in the chair, this is not the place. she will push you into engaging about her weird christian ideologies. A little strike of crazy and sucks at hair. Shut this place down already! also, her daughter the nail technician isnt that great either. she keeps bringing in some small dog in with her who pees and poos on the floor and thats gross. i also had her do my nails once, 24 hrs didnt go by before my nail broke cheap product, and rookie skills. i have pictures.

Ang is great! So personable.. and she knew what I was asking for before I even had to ask it! My hair is super thin and damaged.... she was able to give me advice to help rebuild my hair the natural RIGHT way- which I really love! She gave me a great body wave, and in 2 weeks I'm going back to get my color. I can't think of anyone else in Columbia that I would trust more to get me ready for my wedding day in November!
