This review is not a reflection of the salon in it's entirety; only the stylist/barber/colorist, PAULETTE, who performed awful services. She charged me $130 only to turn my hair a bright Bozo clown orange, when I clearly stated that I wanted a high-top fade and auburn/blonde color to enhance my complexion. A couple days after the initial color, I phoned Paulette on her cell to inform her that my color was too bright and my hair was orange. She stated that it shouldn't be, and I agreed. She asked that I come in a few days later and she would correct it. She made it worse DELIBERATELY! On both occasions, the first and second visit, she talked on her cell phone the entire time I was in the chair while performing services on my hair; and she works on three and four clients at one time, because she only works two days, (Thursday/Friday) so she tries to make lots of money, (GREED) in just the two days she comes in to work. Then, when I complained, she aggressively cut more off the top of my hair, and made it so uneven on both sides, even purposefully exceeding my natural hairline around my forehead and temporal area; giving me the appearance of a man! Then, she angrily stated that she was going to take my hair color back dark, and get me out of the salon. I told her that I would leave, but she's not getting me out of anywhere. She became very aggressive with the clippers, began to ignore my requests, leaving my hair and hairline uneven and in a terrible mess! I should've taken photos of the orange Bozo color, but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt until she deliberately did what you see in the attached photos. Clearly, based on the attached photos, I DO NOT have a high top fade. The haircut is NOT BLENDED, and my temporal areas she cut too high and uneven! She did this deliberately! Now, I am going to have to spend more money to get a real barber to fix what she deliberately did to my hair! PLEASE DO NOT allow PAULETTE to cut/nor color your hair! She's EVIL!
