Miranda is an amazing hair stylist, she has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and gets it right every single time. always giving me good advice to take care of my lightened hair!! i will always recommend her she's the best :)
I had my hair ruined by Krystal. I was suppose to get blond balayage, what I got was brassy brown and uneven. She was in such a rush, she was rough with my head and did a sloppy job. When I seen it I was speechless, I told her then and there, that's not what I wanted, no where near the picture I showed her. The owner came to see the pic I showed her and didn't say anything. Krystal said she had to go but she'll make it right as soon as she's available. I make an appointment with her and arrived on time but she wasn't there. Another hair stylist contacts her and I had to show him my messages with her to prove that I wasn't lying???!! Then she texted me back apologizing she can't make it and to set up another appointment and she was gonna make it up to me and give me some things to take home for upkeep. I make another appointment and she cancels on me again, and now won't even respond!!! She's the worst. If the owner wants to contact me, I can show you proof! I have the messages.
Miranda from Golden Salon is AMAZING!!! She has done my hair for 15 years!!! Yes, 15 years. I trust Miranda, her salon and Adrian implicitly with all my hair care needs! There has never been a time where they have mislead me or misrepresented what would be done to my hair. In the past I have experienced people simply telling me what I want to hear just to earn a buck... that is not what I get from Golden Salon! I get honesty, integrity and 100% satisfaction and that's why I keep coming back! Their work speaks for itself- I have referred so many individuals to this salon and just like me, they keep going back and they look fabulous!
Adrian destroyer my hair. I asked for balayage and what I got was big chunks of hair highlighted. Please see the pics!! Today I went to another hairdresser to fix the mess Adrian did and found out that the highlights were completely uneven!!! On top of it, Adrian has blocked me on Instagram and is ignoring all my messages and attempts to contact him.
My scheduled appointment was cancelled few minutes prior to my appointment. I received a text message from Adrian, saying he has to go to the hospital for an emergency, and he will contact me later to reschedule .. I waited 2 days but he did not call me. I needed to get my hair done, so I reached out to him but he was so rude!! This is not how you do business!
