It took a bit of trial and error to find a regular waxer in Kona, so I was grateful when I found Stacy. She is usually booked weeks in advance, which is a testament to her skill, but once you are in you're in. Stacy has a calm and professional disposition. She is very thorough, plucking to the very last hair. She will even take the extra several minutes at the end of a session to address uncomfortable ingrown hairs for you. I have been going to her for sugaring, and she is knowledgeable about her products and methods, taking care to inform her clients about aftercare. After 6 months of regular appointments with her, my coarse black hair is now growing in slower, lighter, and softer. Her space is cozy and clean. She always has something good playing on her speakers. I am bummed to be moving and have to find another waxer. It'll be difficult not to compare a new place to my experience with Stacy.
