I would give this place negative stars if I could. Too expensive for a horrible job. They don't even have you wash your hands. Just ghetto and price gauging!! Do NOT go here!!
Upon entering the salon, it was empty and did have 3 nail techs working. The place looked clean, they took my temperature and had a variety of nail colors. The reason for the low score is due to the pricing for the nail services were not posted. I came in at my appointment time and they confirmed my appt and what service ai was getting. I asked for a gel polish change on my natural nail (no manicure needed) in which I was quoted $30. I was okay with such though it is higher than most places. I was asked if I wanted to have my toes painted and again, I said ok, with regular polish, just a polish change. I was quoted $15. Both fees were higher than competition. When starting on my nails, he pulled out a nail drill! I politely asked if he could use a nail file instead because the drill can be damaging to natural nails. He said no but could soak them. Soaking them is normal protocol...he brought out a bowl of acetone for me to stick my hands in without taking off the top layer with a HAND FILE. I was so thrown off and kept trying to clarify the process due to how they were damaging my natural nail by trying to now scrape of gel polish which was not properly lifted. I quickly declined that service and just got my toes done. When checking out, in order to use a cc or debit card, they pass on the fee to utilize such. Which is technically a violation unless posted somewhere. I would not recommend this place on sheer lack of knowing how to do natural nails as well as higher prices on all items. Now I understand why they were empty upon arrival.
