DONT DO IT! Hands down, the worst haircut I've ever had. I showed Raena a photo of a bob with long layers. It's a pretty basic hair cut. She chopped so many random layers into ONE SIDE of my hair. My bangs look like a 90 degree angle. The layers have no rhyme or reason, but just on the left side of my head. The right side has no layers. It looks absurd. Now I need to go find someone who can fix this disaster, and I'm probably gonna end up with hair much shorter than I wanted. Not to mention the way she styled my hair made my head look like a mushroom. The worst part was that she KNEW it looked bad! She literally said "oh those curls should go down." Nope. Terrible. My first time at this salon...and the experience was disappointing. Being an Aveda salon, I really wanted to like them. However, there were several small things that were irritating. First, I was offered a bottle of water, but asked to pay $1.50. Not that $1.50 is a lot of money...however, most salons give complementary water when you are spending over $100. Second...I was not allowed to add the tip to my credit card. What? This was a new one and my stylist suffered because I had limited cash on hand. There were a couple of other irritating things, but these were the two biggies for me. Doubt I will be back.
