Glamour Nails in Columbia, SC

Overall my nails turned out somewhat to my liking. I did not get the correct shape that I wanted and I asked two times for the nail tech to thin them out more and they didn't. My nails were already lifting after less than a week. My cuticles are completely damaged and the nail tech filed under the nail to get rid of excess acrylic but kept the drill in the same spot for too long, leaving dents in the bottom of my nails. Considering I paid $50 for a full set, I expected them to be a lot better. The store was also very dirty and you can tell they don't replace files often or drill bits.

Got a fill in here that was lifting after a week. The polish I picked out was WAY different from the one I got. My nail tech kept drilling my fingers (it would run off my nails onto the bottom of my fingers) and he was way too rough. He filed my nails so crooked and ugly. Not only was the polish put on sloppy, I had to smell the cigarettes lingering on his breath/clothing. Also the environment is very ratchet, you come to unwind and relax after a long day not listen to people yelling at their kids, cussing and having phone conversations on speaker phone. Just plain ratchet environment.

Forgot to mention the little drill box the man pulled out looked so sus, the whole shop needs a good wipe down.

This is a fill in set they did for me. The manager did my set but he rushed and also used a bottle that had a little bit of polish in there. I told them multiple times that I didn't like it cause how the color looked but all they wanted to do was add more polish and told me they closed in a few so didn't want to redo them. (But they are the ones who skipped over me and had me waiting 2 hours for a fill in) NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Went to get a pedicure and saw MOLD inside the corners of the foot tub. That's nasty!!! Needless to say I left

I've been going to this Nail Salon for a while. There was a young, black girl there named Raven. She was the only person aside from the older man to the left of her that I let touch my nail. One day, I went in to get my nails done (AFTER MAKING AN APPT.) and still had to wait 30 minutes. Raven wasn't there so I settled for the lady to the right of the store,next to the man. She wasn't friendly at all and on top of that, she did my nails and they were popping off the same week. I came back and told her that and she tried to make me pay. I left and left that issue alone.

Recently, around 1/29/16, I went in and the owner(older lady) was there sitting down in the Pedi chair. I asked for a full set and she told me to sit in her chair. I've had a bad experience with her as well so I was hesistant, but sat down because no one else was open. She'd gotten my nails glued on and two nails had acrylic on them. I looked to see a guy I normally go to was almost finish with his nails so I asked to move to him and this lady went off. I'm not sure what she was saying but she started getting rough with my hands after telling me if i moved tables, I would have to pay her $10. When she made me pay, I confused her words and said i thought she said she would only charge me $10. She got upset again and threw the nail polish down and asked her husband to finish my nails.

Do not go to this nail salon. They are RUDE, ROUGH and the product isn't that great! I've been cut by the tools and no one even asked if I was okay.
