Really expected an upscale spa. When walking in there is no waiting area...just a hallway where one is not sure where to go. One person who obviously worked there happened to come around the corner and I asked her where to go. She did not even smile at me ...basically pointed to the receptionist who happened to be on the phone. When the receptionist got off the phone (business call) she was very nice and attentive. The woman who did my procedure did not introduce herself and gave me very little information on what I could expect during or after my facial.
Will spend my money elsewhere.
