Gave a picture and they did uneven braids on my child's hair for school!
Dropped in to inquire about their braiding for kids, lady in the first seat was very rude and obnoxious. Then said in French to the lady behind her" Why do they always come here asking for prices" (Yea I speak Getman, French, and some Spanish) Anyhow, Then I asked about cornrows and if she could check the length of my hair and she yelled No! So I politely grabbed a card and dropped it on the ground outside. Even my kid noticed the unprofessionalism. Checked the state website and turns out they're not licensed. Don't be surprised if it gets a visit by an inspector an shutdown. Too bad we can't patronize our own people and lack of good customer service will always turn away good customers. Two thumbs down!!
Very friendly, organized, and fast. I always come here to get knotless braids and I have a lot of natural thick hair.
When I stated I didn't want crinkles I wanted curl the braider got an attitude with the and started speaking in another language. They take your money up front and make a mess of your head. Don't recommend and will not be going back
I went to get kinky braids on Fri morning 7/29 Angie initially assisted me but her appointment came in. However she asked me what I needed. She started it out and then had Marlyse and another to complete it. Angie made sure that I was satisfied with my hair do by checking to make sure braids were the size and parts I wanted. They were willing to stop and redo if needed. I really appreciated that as you had to pay before service. They were really really nice and understand giving you value for your money. Thanks for a great experience. This is my 3rd time going. I suggest so far, Nina 1st time Angie and Marlyse my last time. The owner is also really nice. Thanks ladies for a great experience!!!
