I really wanted to like my experience but I can't.  Expecting a better haircut from experienced stylist. At this point all I can do is wait for my hair to grow back out.

I've been going to this salon since I was a teenager, and I've always received compliments on the cuts and colors I've had done throughout the years, primarily by Rosara. Stylists have a lot of experience, and don't try to sell you anything you don't want or need. They will also tell you straight up if your hair will never look like the girl in the picture you brought in, but will work with you to find a style that is flattering. Prices are reasonable, shop is up to date, and staff is very friendly.

I am been coming here for several years.  I am very happy with my service (Anna).  I drive 30 miles one-way to have my hair cut & colored here. Reasonable and my hair looks great. Shopping center is tired and worn but they are a GEM!

I would have nearly given this salon a no star had it been optional. I went there with my friend because she said it was oh-so-great and recommended me to it. I had been getting my hair bleached and toned from an amazing young gal in LA and since I moved, she said that this was the most professional best without spending a fortune. In Los Angeles, despite my hair being bleached and toned 7 times and was perfectly white, I had no split ends after any bleaching and constantly took care of it. So I went in to Gemini V to get my roots fixed and another toning session. Well, the man insisted that I had it bleached again because the bleach was fading and he fed me all this crap that was absolute lies in my opinion. Not only was my hair cut uneven and he took off more than what I wanted, my hair frizzed so much that even after a 30 minute deep conditioning treatment at the salon, it was breaking everywhere and burned my scalp a thousand times worse than it ever did in Los Angeles. Not to mention, the other girl who was doing my friend's hair (she was a heavy set gal) turned her blonde highlighted brunette hair into a hideous greenish/grey brown!!
The worse of it was that the man insisted I buy this high end "Aquage" (I believe) line of hair care to enhance my blonde and nourish it and Suave and Herbal Essences worked a million times better, it made my hair WORSE!!!
It took me over a year to get my hair back to normal with changing my diet, all these protein/silkening things I must have spent over $600 just to fix my breaking, falling, damaged hair.
Courteous staff, would NEVER go there again.
