Came in for a haircut and this guy helped me out with it omg he was so rough he kept pulling my hair hitting me with the brush when he was drying my hair and then at one point he wanted to curl my hair and immediately said no just because I was scared he was gonna burn my scalp because the amount of time he kept pulling and scratching my face when he tried to grab a piece of hair to cut and dry was ridiculous never ever coming back
I had an appointment today 8/31 at 10:30. I was there at 10:10 and the salon was closed. Business time on the door said 10am. I stayed until 10:30 and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional.
Love Gema's Salon! Very skilled and talented stylists. A family owned business with heart and soul, and the deepest care for their clients poured into the establishment. Definitely recommend.

I needed a good quality, reasonably priced salon where I did not need an appointment. Gema's Salon met both of those requirements for me. Even after I moved 25 miles away, I still return to get my haircut there. Gema, Gema's mom, and Myriam have been a few of the stylists who have given me an excellent haircut. I wanted to have my eyelashes curled while there, but you do need an appointment for that. Gema's is a gem in Carrollton, TX.
