Beware, if you ever get your nails done somewhere else they will retaliate. My fifteen year old daughter just got home from having her hair done by Ellen. Ellen chopped off at least four inches of hair when my daughter specifically asked to have it thinned with only a tiny bit trimmed, but keep the length. This was after everyone that works there noticed my daughters nails and gave her a hard time for getting them done elsewhere. They each came over and looked at her nails with disgust and told her they would have done it for less. She normally gets them done at Allure, but she got a got a gift certificate to a different salon and went there instead, but came back to Allure to get her hair done. Well, none of us will ever return to a shop that picks on fifteen year olds.
It's been remodeled and now called Gem. Still great service and not expensive. Had the pedicure. They were nice and gentle while making my piggies feel better. Thank you for taking care of my hands too!

New owner Cindy has been my long-time cosmetologist in Santa Rosa. I saw her yesterday in her new location & received Cindy's same remarkable care & service. Her staff are friendly and accommodating and my Nextgen nails are impeccable! 10/10 would recommend!
I hardly ever go to a nail salon because I am so particular and will do my own nails. I have been to a few salons in Santa Rosa & Windsor and Allure by far has met my satisfaction the most.
