Had a haircut today by a new, up and coming hairstylist named Adam. Adam actually corrected a foul haircut (dry cut) that I received by a hairstylist that has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. The boutique salon had an array of hair products (Aveda) for purchase, as well as many other cute items for sale. I picked up a satin scarf for a great price. Overall, great experience.
First, staff was very accommodating about booking my first appointment, then as I was arriving for the appointment I got an emergency phone call and had to rush in and cancel. They were understanding and rebooked me for the next day. Second, Adam gave me exactly the haircut I asked for and I'm very happy with how it looks. Third, he recommended an anti-frizz product that worked miracles on my (new to Texas) hair. Fourth, I returned a few days later for a mani-pedi with Norma and was also extremely happy with the time she spent on my poor hands and feet and how great they looked afterwards. I will definitely return to Gaston's!
Gastons is an excellent place for hair and spa services. Brandi is great and always gives me a fantastic haircut.
great costumer service! the haircut was a bit uneven but it was still good. the place is very relaxing! the hair products they use are gentle and smell amazing!
Bottom line...Horrible service!!! From the people who schedule appointments, all the way to the stylists who do not listen to the customer, just plain horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Seriously, if you want a good experience DO NOT go to this place.
