I always have some design I want when I go to a nail salon. Today I think I outdid myself and had the most difficult design I ever wanted. The poor girl who did my nails did a beautiful job. It took a couple of hours but they came out gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. My daughter got a Christmas set as well and they look super cute on her. Very happy with my services!
My fiancé and I decided to end our day of errands and Christmas shopping with a mani/pedi to relax and get Christmas season ready. It was a bad decision on our parts. My fiancé's manicurist decided it would be humorous to point at his toes and make fun of them to the other manicurist, summoning them over to look. (extremely rude and unprofessional). The gentleman who did my nails was shown a design and he confidently said that he could do it. Over and over, I had to correct him and it still was incorrect. Out of frustration, I told him to take the poorly done designs off of my nails, simply leaving me with a French manicure. $188 wasted, and a bad taste left in our mouths. I had patronized this establishment twice before and had great experiences, but this one today was enough for me to decide to never return.
My first time at this place and I made an appointment online. I got there and they were pretty busy but sat me right away in the chair for my pedicure. I waited patiently but started to get frustrated after I had been sitting there for so long and then people who came in after me got started on right away- including a family of 4! I was in there for a spa pedicure which is quick and basic but I sat there for an before I finally had to make it known that I was still waiting. They sat me at 2:30 (my appointment time) Later, a guy came over rushed after they heard me say "I don't know how much longer I'm going to wait before I just leave" and he came over at 3:26 to start. Disappointing to say the least. Nails came out okay, the polish I chose was almost empty in the bottle apparently so it looks blotchy and not as dark as it's supposed to be. I still tipped the guy who did them because I'm nice and not going to take it out on him but most likely will not be returning as appointments seem to be pointless and waiting an hour is outrageous and not ok anywhere. Mind you, nobody came over to me once to say "sorry about the wait or we will be right with you"
After waiting an hour to even be started you would think I would've been given some sort of compensation but nope they happily charged me full price.
They are quick and always do a great job! My gel nails stay on forever! It's the worth the price!
We had such a wonderful experience here today! It's easy to make an appointment online. The people that work here are warm, accommodating and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere.
