I never get my nails done and decided to treat myself because of a work promotion. I have gone here previously and didn't love it but figured how bad could it be? Friends have recommended gabbys over Maggie's nail salon in the past, so I went with it and it was BAD. I had asked for a silver flame design and instead had received abstract zebra striping. I had sat there for an hour and a half watching the ladies try to figure it out through countless trial and error while cutting my cuticles to shreds. I had my autistic little one with me at the time and he was getting overwhelmed, so I gave up, paid the bill and left asap. Furious I called the next day asking for a refund as I live quite a distance from the salon and did not want to go through this again. I was told they don't do refunds and they'd have to redo the exact same picture I showed them. I have never had an experience like this and will NOT be returning. Mediocre salon at best.
