I have been going to Grace for a while now and this a long overdue review for her. She is THE best!!! I've always had a bob haircut and decided to grow it out this year. She did an awesome job in giving me the hairstyle I wanted, and tailoring it to flatter my face shape and features. I highly recommend on visiting her for a haircut!

I've been a long time customer since 2018, and this is the only place I go for cut/perms in the Bay Area. I'm from Korea and I can ensure this meets that level. She's a care listener, looks into details and is always friendly to listen to customers. The place is clean, neat, and pleasing to be in - I'd agree with all great reviews as they demonstrate accurate examples.

I've never gotten a perm before and had straight hair all my life, so I was looking for some texture and volume in my hair. Grace's hot pin perm did just that! It was exactly what I was looking for and she was attentive and asked clarifying questions to work with me to make sure it was styled exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be back in the future for haircuts and perms!

Wanted just a perm, but she pretty much forced me to also get a hair cut along with it. The hair cut was terrible, she was unresponsive to what I wanted. Please listen to your customers next time!

Avoid this place!! Worst Korean hair salon I've ever seen in US. I always go to Korean hair salon no matter which city I live. This one is different. Be careful of the 4.8 rating, note the number of the reviews too! Also, lots of 5-star reviews were given a few years ago. I really think a person never learned hair cut can do better than her. Pic 1: after hair cut - two sides are different and you can see curve. It is more obvious when seeing from mirror or in person Pic 2: proof that I went to the place today 1. Not accept credit card, cash or zelle only. 2. Super slow hair cut for men. In other places at El Camino Real street, it is always like 15 mins for me. Today it took 50mins and still bad hair cut. After she is done, very obviously the hair cut was not good and I can see obvious problem of it - two sides are not same. She asked me back without me saying anything, and she improved it a bit. But I can still see two sides are different. 3. Not very clean: she used a towel to cover my face while washing the hair before hair cut, but the towel is a bit smell covering my mouth. 4. I pay $40 in other Korean hair salon for everything better but $45 here for everything worse. 5. During my haircut, she left about 4-5 times to answer other customers appointment, look at her phone and some other stuff. Avoid this place!
