Terrible service. I was left sitting for an hour waiting for someone to check me into my appointment, which was an hour behind. I walked in with platinum blonde hair and wanted JUST my roots done and left with a greyish brown color all over my head. I am so unhappy and I would not recommend going to this salon. 0/10.
