Just moved down to Apollo Beach from Ohio and asked around for a good place for a guys haircut. Amanda did an amazing job at a fare price. She has a new client for life, "thanks Amanda" Rob

This is a small hair salon kind of on the outskirts of town. We needed a blowout and this was the best price of $30. And that included a Full wash and same day appointment. The salon was small and a little outdated reminded me of something back in the 80s. And I will say that the end result was good though I think it took way more time than blowouts I've had in the past.did you take credit cards and cash of course. M from the couple of times I've needed something last minute they don't seem too busy so I would say it's a good choice for same-day appointments if you need one.

I had an excellent cut and color from Georgia. She is insanely creative and pays a lot of attention to detail. She really knows color! On a separate appointment I did the brazilian blowout/keratin treatment and as much as having straight hair is nice, I cant recommend it for people who are allergic to or sensitive to formaldehyde and fumes. It's a month later and if I stay in the shower too long (sometimes I do that cuz it's an escape from the family - LOL) the treatment stuff starts burning my eyes and my skin and throat gets irritated. This is in NO WAY a reflection of the salon or my stylist though. I highly recommend the salon and Georgia!

I was a little sketchy about this place the first time I went because the outside looked a little run down. However inside the salon it was clean and decent so I got my first cut there. The people seemed to be nice but they did lacked customer service and were unprofessional. Needless to say I tried to give them another shot given that hair cut came out pretty good the first time. Well....let's just say it didn't go well. The first thing that bothered me was when my stylist decided to make a racist comment about 2 Spanish ladies speaking in Spanish. I don't think she realized I was Hispanic. I was irritated but I chalked it up to she is simply just uneducated and ignorant. Second thing was the stylist was having a hard time cutting my layers so she cut too much in one section,that it left a noticeable gash in my hair(like she couldn't blend it in and it was uneven ).She called the "so called" owner over who didn't even say hello or give any type of greeting and said "what's the problem". The stylist said "well she feels that I cut the hair to harsh in this section". I told her it is not about feeling,you can clearly SEE its not blended. She tried fixing it but was unsuccessful and I asked her to stop cutting because it was getting worse. The owner slammed the scissors down and walked away. Yes I was very upset about the hair cut and the service just made it 10 times worse. I do not recommend going here at all. There are several new salons in the area so I will check those out.
