Let me start by saying it's a beautiful salon with good customer service. I've seen the same tech several times and she is very kind. I'vgone to nail salons for years for mani/pedis. I understand an occasional small nick of the cuticle during trimming will happen and I usually leave with one or two. Yesterday I left with three bloody spots on my fingers and a sore toe from the cuticle being pulled all the way down the side of my toe. It really hurt. I took a photo as soon as I got in the car of the most significant injury on my finger. I've kept antibiotic ointment and a bandaid on both and am hoping for no infection. I try to be reasonable but I will not return to this salon. This is unacceptable technique.
CHARGES YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT!!! Like ew!! I tip too well for that. Service was almost worse than the paint job. It was so painful. I tried to help the tech see the issue I explained no one likes polish running past the nail bed. my nails were jagged and the owner insisted he could return the bumpy gel color because the girl didn't hold my nail down for the polish to not build up by the cuticule and be all lumpy.
Most horrible place to go. Products for nails in gell 2x now have peeled off a thin layer on all nails in less than 24 hrs!! THEY CHARGE YOU ANWAY AND DONT CARE YOU CAME BACK 2X TO HAVE THEM find out problem with their product....2 separate nail gel colors and 2 different techs. Do not waste all your time and $$$$$$ here!
horrible. hate is a strong word but I disliked my nails very much . the person doing them I guess was new but even when i spoke to the manager about it he argued w me about not wanting to pay full price . I highly DO NOT recommend.
I went for the first time today and will not be back. I got a mani pedi and the lady doing my pedicure kept cutting my skin around my nails even after I said "ow" and jerked my foot away after about 10 more times she proceeded to laugh when I reacted to her cutting my skin. As far as my manicure, they left a gap between my cuticle and where the polish started so it looks like my nails have already grown out. I asked them to redo it before I left and the guy got an attitude proceeded to "redo" it but there's still a gap. Extremely let down and disappointed with this place.
