What a JOKE of a salon. Booked an appointment days ahead for sons birthday. Get there and the stylists don't have a key. Ok so we wait. Finally open 15 minutes later. Go to check in "oh yeah the barber isn't here. Idk if they coming in" No apologies. No cares whatever. Place is dirty. Workers are inconsiderate. Would avoid at all costs.
We love Friendly's Faces because they are experienced hair stylist that know how to style children's hair. The location is convient with parking in the back. Everyone we have encountered is friendly, kind and easy to talk to...we highly recommend Friendly's Faces for anyone who is looking for a great experience in hair braiding for their child. My granddaughter loves Amainata because she is gentle while doing her hair. She particularly likes the barrettes, bows and beads to ornament her hair every time she does her hair. We Love It!!
I found this shop on my way to drop off groceries to a customer and I got excited. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day for my son. This is his first time being braids and so far we are impressed with the staff and location. Thank all for this amazing experience. We will be back!
I scheduled a 5:00 p.m. appointment for my daughter with this salon for today. I called at 4:52 to ask if my daughter arriving at 5:05 p.m. would be a problem. Since I am pregnant and this is our first time at the location. We would need time to figure out where it is. Instead of being accommodating for five minutes for new customers they asked me to reschedule and cancel my appointment. A little bit more accommodations for new clients could have gone along way. They could have offer directions on how to get there easier, instead nothing. Please don't go to this location.
Don't GO TO THEIR BARBERS. Another black owned business that's horrible at customer services. They have skills but their services ain't worth it. They are rude and ghetto. Their prices are ever the same and if u seem chill they will cheat you. Their barbers don't work for the shop so they do not have any accountability. WORST BARBER SHOP EVER. I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS.
