Fresh Cuts in Warrenton, VA

It's not closed. The name has changed to Fresh Cuts, but same location same hair stylist. I go every 3-4 weeks.

Best haircut in town! I will not go anywhere else! I tried a few places when I moved to Warrenton before I landed at the the town barber. I have never gone anywhere since my first cut. This is the only place where I will get my haircut and beard trimmed. The conversation is always good and the service is stellar.

This was the worst haircut I have ever gotten and I have been all over the East Coast. The barbershop was obviously run out of her house and when I entered she was cooking lunch. Instead of coming to meet me she yelled from the other room hello who's there. I am getting married this weekend and I told her I was looking to get my haircut for the wedding. She then spent the next hour talking about how I shouldn't be getting married. For my haircut I asked to have a number 2 cut all over my head. She proceeded to do a fade instead because she thought it looked better. I then had to have her cut it to a shorter length than I wanted. She used a razor to line up the back of my head but never touched up the side or the front. She spent the time I was in there talking about how she's crazy and that she had been admitted to a hospital at one point so that was good. At that point I just wanted to leave so I said it was OK and went to pay. She charged me $35 and said that it was a discount because of my wedding. This place is a rip off and I would not recommend anyone to visit this shop unless you want a bad haircut and a empty wallet. If there are other reviews on here do not trust them. Most likely this lady had her children add those for a good look.

The haircut is awesome. She really knows what she is doing. The reason I left off two stars is monetary. They don't accept cards (most barbers don't), and the price was a little steep for my budget. My son and I both got haircuts. My 11y/o son got a faux hawk cut ($18), and because my haircut was considered a "style cut" it was $40. My total was $58. That's the most I've ever paid for a haircut at a barbershop. If you don't mind paying a little more for knowing you'll get a good cut, then this is the place.

Recently moved to the area and hubs was searching for a new barber shop that can do a decent high & tight. Stopped by a place downtown but the wait was going to be over an hour and hubs isn't particularly patient so we went in search of other options. He is not a fan of the chain places, so this looked like our best bet. The waiting area is quite pleasant with a decent array of men's magazines and style books. The prices are posted on the wall ($16- $18 for a regular cut). End results: very short wait, the ladies working were friendly, hubs is happy and plans to come back.
