MY POOR DEAREST FRIEND!!!......a close dear friend of mine whoever was speaking with her decided to treat her in thee worst way possible like out of a nightmare. The shops employee who decided to turn my friend away who was trying to get a cut and color was given the door. Why? I am assuming maybe she wasn't I don't know cool enough...young enough...? When does a business turn start being able to turn you away based on what...? Appearances? Just because my friend is over 60 and whatever else I am more than mortified and highly disappointed in this kind of treatment. Be aware if you're a walk in you could face the same treatment. Smh....
I'll start by saying I'm sure they do a great job. However I've called several times during business hours and have gotten no answer. I've even showed up during business hours and was turned away because they only work when they want to. I'd say walk ins are not welcome.
Jessica is the best! She truly puts the art in being a hair dresser. She is creative and talented. She listened to what I wanted and made it even BETTER! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone - 100%!
Tracie is THE BEST! After over a year of grow out and some salon fear due to a past experience, Tracie went above and beyond to take my hair from just okay to outstanding. She's a riot to chat with and a magician at blonde/balayage. No doubt I'll be coming back for all my hair needs. Glad I finally found a solid stylist!
