I had a horrible experience with this salon recently. My hair stylist cut 3-4 inches more than I requested for and she didn't even feel bad about it. I just can't believe she did a bob cut when I asked to remove only a certain amount. I am extremely disappointed with this salon. They charged $75 for a low quality/wrongly done hair cut. Their service is not even worth $40. I will not go here again. I will stay away from this place at any cost.

Amazing experiences every time I come here. I have pretty voluminous curly hair and have always struggled finding stylists that can cut my hair so it looks great, falls into place naturally, and doesn't require high maintenance. When I find a really good stylist, I cling to them like a lifeline and am super sad when they move away. I've found Sharon here, and she's amazing. She always considers my lifestyle and general day to day routine when deciding how to layer my hair. I first heard of her through the Ouidad website and anytime I get an Ouidad cut I get it from her. She makes my hair look refreshed, renewed, and my curls are extra elastic and bouncy when she's done. Highly recommend her!

My family and I have been Sharon's clients for over 20 years. She is incredibly talented and experienced with color and cuts. My aunt even drives up from Indianapolis every few months to get her hair done by Sharon! Because she has more experience and is one of the owners, the price is a little high. However, you definitely get what you pay for. I recently had my hair colored by another stylist (I occasionally try out other stylists to save $) and was unhappy with the color. I texted Sharon in a panic and she reassured me that everything would be okay and that my hair could be fixed. Sure enough, she was able to fix it and I am very satisfied with the result (see attached pics) Needless to say, I learned my lesson and will be going to Sharon the next time I need my hair colored. **Tip- although they accept debit and credit cards, they do not accept gratuity on either, so make sure you have cash or a checkbook handy when visiting. There is also an ATM close by.

Sadly I am updating my review because this place has really gone downhill since the last time I was there. I called this week to make an appointment and whoever the girl answering the phone is, was Incredibly rude. She informed me that both Jenny and Renee were no longer working there and asked if I wanted to book with an owner or a young talent. Are those my only options? I always saw a girl with long curly hair when I was there who's name I didn't know and asked if she was available. Before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off saying it didn't matter- she wasn't there either. Seriously? In the matter of a month or 2 you had 3 people leave? I'm pretty sure they only had about 6-8 hairdressers to begin with. Clearly something is majorly wrong with management. To say the least, I won't be returning and will be looking to find wherever Jenny went. The salon was cute but I was only there for the talent which is now gone!!!
