The nails are pretty good but not the nail art. I paid 55 for this bs. They are the worst in town, pls don't go here and go somewhere else.
They always do the best job, I live out of down but come back every time I need a pedicure! All of the people I've dealt with here are too notch.
They don't deserve one star. This place was sketchy, unclean, and aggressive. They took a smoke break and then came in without washing their hands. We had to leave after taking just our shellac off because how bad of a job they were doing. The nails were then weak and uneven.
This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon! Rude staff! Hurriedly did the poor job on my nails while talking to other staff in a foreign language and talking and texting on her phone WHILE she was doing my nails!! I was the only client and the receptionist had to argue with her about doing my nails to begin with! Maybe she didn't like the fact I was male. I'm only here because my mom died and I'm here to be with my family and I will be playing guitar at her funeral, that's why I needed the service..:The end result was a POOR nail job and an upset and dissatisfied customer!!! Don't patronize this place!!!!!
We have been here twice. First time, I didn't care for staff, asked for a design on toe, a bigger flower they couldn't do. I showed her before we started. I thought oh well, just do a design. I would of given them 3 stars cause they are just not friendly. Well, decided to go there again on a Sunday. First ones in. They got really busy quickly, so she was in a huge hurry. I get my nails dipped. Noticed that she was skipping steps my regular place does. Thought well maybe it will be ok. Well on Monday one day after, I had two nails chipped and one cracked. I have never ever had a problem with them before. Now, I have not called them, they were not at all friendly again and I also live a hour away, I can't just run in. They will not get my business again. And I've been getting my nails done on a regular basis for 10 years. Just wish I could find a place in grand Island. So this time they earned the one star.
