Fox & Sparrow Salon in Springdale, AR

I absolutely love this salon! I have been using their services since before they opened. Kristen has been doing my hair and my family's hair since 2011. She's incredible! We've never left disappointed and she's always willing to touch up anything but I've rarely needed it.

Do not go here if you are wanting a professional style/cut. The women that work here will tell you they've been doing hair for many years but they do a horrendous job. I went to Holly to get an ombré done to my hair and I walked out crying with highlights from my roots down. When I called the next day to speak with the owner she was very rude and told me they could not refund or help me bc the service had already been provided. I spent $100 to get my hair colored and had to go home an hour later and buy box dye to have it fixed. While speaking with the owner she talked over me the entire time we were on the phone and disputed any complain I had about my hair. She told me they did not ruin my hair and the gave what I asked. She proceeded to tell me "to have a nice life" and hung up on me. I will not go back to
this salon and I will not recommend it to anyone. They are rude and entitled and do not desrve the support from this community.

honestly - i'm reallly not happy about this issue i had here. i called to make an appointment to get an eyebrow and lip wax and told them that i found their ad on yelp for a free eyebrow wax. well they got me in very quickly and did a fine job on my eyebrows. but when it was time to pay, the lady told me it was 30 dollars. i said "i had the yelp ad for a free eyebrow wax" and she proceeded to tell me that she thinks that only applied with getting a haircut as well.. i just went on to pay the 30 DOLLARS (ridiculous for an eyebrow/lip wax - especially when they don't trim or tweeze your eyebrows to make them perfect). i looked later on the yelp ad just to make sure i wasn't crazy, and indeed - you didn't need to get a haircut to redeem the free wax!! i'm very disappointed in this place and won't be returning. fox and sparrow - make sure your employees know what they're talking about and don't scam people on ads for free things when that's not going to happen!!!!

I had a great experience at this salon today. I love my haircut and the salon was cute and clean. Will definitely recommend and will return!

What a cute and relaxing place!  Had a cut and brow wax by Kellsie, who was very sweet and attentive to my style needs/concerns.  The gals here are so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming back for my next appointment!  Check them out!
