Tracy was my nail tech. Very sweet and funny. I was confused on the price to add gel bc their sign and menu show it differently but I'm very happy with my nails and will be back.
Very bad service ! The owner Te was very mean and had a threatening demeanor! Don't dare to say that you don't like the service and ask for any changes ! She will flip out and will physically try to take your polish off! My shoulder actually hurts because the way she took my hand and tried to take off the polish . No business sense or sweetness towards the clients . I could have called the police on her but didn't Very very bad service and never been so disrespected before ! Beware of going there and getting bullied by the owner and its employees because some of the them are pretty mean !
I would suggest Lauren as the best for acrylic and nail art, then MK is great too. The others I've tried are never as good, and Nee left to work somewhere else. I think their prices are too high for pedicures, so I prefer Elizabeth Nails for that now.
This was my first time at Finishing Touch. I loved the salon and the service. Mimi was wonderful and understood exactly what I was looking for. I will be back.
Unfortunately I will no longer be coming here. I paid 73 dollars for this. It's extremely sloppy. She left fingernail polish on my hands and just overall didn't do a good job. I came back inside to see if they can credit me, which they gave me a 20 dollar gift card for the polish job but would not refund me the rest. Overall not happy, I also tried to make sure I asked for someone who knows how to do designs, but ended up with Sophia who didn't know what she was doing.
