Awful. Worst nail salon I've been to the man, I believe his name was Len, that did my nails didn't make them uniform, he cut my real thumb nail at such an angle it went deep into my nail bed and now I'm terrified if it breaks. He also cut my index finger with his OWN nail and instead of letting me wash it he kept going. Even after I was VERY CLEAR that it was burning my finger. When I asked him to file my pinky more he was unhappy. He said I was done and I had to ask him to clean under my nails with his fine tool. Overall I wanted to cry walking out of there.
