Fashion Nails in North Hampton, NH

Kelly is the best! It took me a few years to find Fashion Nails and specifically her. I am so grateful I did. Kelly is really sweet, thorough and does an excellent pedicure.

I made an appointment with Mya for a pedicure @ 10am. I arrived at 9:55, entered, was asked why I was there. I said I had a 10 o'clock appointment. I was told to sit while they spoke nervously in their native language. I could see Mya was giving someone a manicure. I was then asked if I wanted to wait until 10:30 so Mya could finish what she was doing. I said my appointment was at 10, I was told, no, 10:30. I said no, 10 to which I was then told well she's not ready, do I want someone else? I was so desperate for a pedicure that I said yes. I was then given Kelly who was pulled away from another client. I was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, she simply started working on my feet. As more and more people came into the salon, Kelly quickly finished up my appointment. She actually did a great job with a basic pedicure. I was then rushed up to the cash register where a piece of paper was taped to the desk stating tips were cash only. I don't carry cash. Now I felt awful for not having money , I was told there's an ATM down the street. I went to get her tip wondering why I was going to a bank that wasn't mine therefore I would incur a convenience fee. TD bank would not even accept my bank card. I felt terrible but had to get to work. Poor Kelly, she worked hard but that is poor management that doesn't communicate the situation to customers before services are rendered. It was also about 100 degrees and it seemed like there was no air conditioning on + the salon reeked of garlic(?) Will not be going back.

Isn't a mani/pedi supposed to be relaxing? There was a little girl with her Mom sitting next to me getting pedicures. The 6-7 year old was watching a movie on full blast! I didn't want to be a "Karen" and complain. The salon should require that the customer wear ear buds as to not disturb others.

I am very happy with changing to the salon from my regular place. Tony was very good, patient and careful with my pedicure. I am pleased you recommended a manicure instead of gel coat for my nails because it was the healthiest thing for me. I will be back

Sad to say I won't be back. My nails came out super lumpy, and thick. Place is extremely overpriced $55 when other salons are $30-35.

Worst of all... later that night my finger became super infected.
