I am a paraplegic an I wouldn't even give this place a rating I went in for a low light and a highlights and root touch-up I'm so upset they bleached my hair BLOND and the roots were red I'm so upset they said come back in they'll fix it what a big mistake I did and they turned grayish brown an charged me to fix it and plagered me to buy their product I'm so stressed about this I called my debit card and they are got my money BK. for me even the money I spent on their product I feel somewhat better but will be months before I can go get it fixed again I have to go around with my hair like it is or I risk going in now and risk it falling out so Pls, PLS PLS DONT GO HERE AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID ! Quiet not very busy area. Business is really slow there. Nice place to walk and enjoy except for a few rude people that has a snotty attitude. Some past coworkers and nurses remarking things towards me about struggling to afford when I was out job hunting. Later. They apologized for sabotaging my employment interviews Those are a disgrace that think they are better than everyone else. THEY DO NOT PAY MY BILLS OR PUT FOOD ON MY FAMILY'S TABLE THEY WERE WORRIED THAT I WAS GOING TO QUIT MY JOB. I HAD NO INTENTIONS OF QUITTING MY JOB. OR THEIR THREATS HOW THEY COULD CHANGE MY LIFE BEFORE SOMEONE CHANGES IT FOR ME OUT OF SPITE.
This place was fantastic! It's close to my house so I took my mother there (who has Alzheimer's) and they treated her with so much patience and respect and care I couldn't have been more thankful. They made her smile which made me smile! Plus, the cost is so affordable but don't mistake that for inferior service. We will be back.
Absolutely fantastic. I have gotten my hair done my multiple stylists there and it's always an amazing experience. The receptionists are exceptional, actually the entire staff is. It is always entertaining and such a fun vibe. I would totally go here for every styling need I have for the rest of my life. 100/10 experience. YOU SHOULD GO HERE!
We drive out of our way to take our boys (5 and 3 yo) here for haircuts. It's the only affordable place that consistently does an amazing job. Joe and Alissa are the two stand-outs for us that always understand what the little guys are wanting.
