This place is completely horrible. Not sure how or why they're still in business. They definitely cannot cut hair let only style anything.
All Fantastic Sams are not the same! This was the most rushed haircut I've ever received. I tried this location because I was in the area. Had to almost beg for a shampoo and a neck shave. After the shampoo I saw a bunch of hairs that were missed...after another failed attempt(without the apron)and a half a neck shave (my shirt was used to wipe her fingers after applying shaving cream) I was almost kicked out. Also cost $5 more than the West Jordan location
I came here for a long mullet cut and came back with a barely layered bob. I've been calling for two days straight to at least get a refund and no one is answering my calls.
I would understand not being able to fit a walk-in to the schedule, but this was pretty annoying. I walked in at 7 p.m. because I work late. The posted hours say they close at 8 p.m. but without signage the two stylists said they were closing early for a meeting. Let me re-iterate there were only 2 stylists present with no other clients present an entire hour before close turning down a customer.
While off-putting on its own, neither asked if I'd like to schedule for another time.
Just a lame experience, sorry for being a Karen about it but it was vexing.
