Do not waste your money going to this place. I went to get highlights done and I left the place looking exactly the same as before. They charged me $180.00 for nothing. After the bleaching my hair was yellow/orange so I told the lady I did not like it, then she put a toner that covered everything so is like a have nothing new not to tell you that my scalp is red and irritated. I left upset of course. I got home and they even asked me if I did not have my hair done because I looked the same. I tried to call the next day to speak with the owner to see if somebody else could fix it and they kept hanging the phone or answering without talking and hanging up.
Unprofessional staff. Is supposed to be family friendly but the lady who cut my husbands hair made him uncomfortable by talking about a popular song that was about sex. She encouraged him to view it later in the day. Further, twice I have stopped by for a walk-in appointment for a kids cut which doesn't take too long and was told they were booked all day. I used to love this place but has definitely been a place now that we won't be going to any further.
This is my GO TO place to get haircuts. All ladies were so professional! I've got my hair cut with 4 different girls and it was 10/10 each time! I let them tell me what my hair needs and I listen to them, because they're professionals and always knows what is the best. My haircut was always flawless! I have curly hair and they always make my hair gorgeous.
The location on Potranco is great and my hair stylist is awesome!!! She always does a great job and has appts. to avoid waiting.
Worst haircut I have ever had, the stylist did not listen or give any attention to the picture I had of the cut I wanted. She cut it way too short and the shape is horrible. I will never return. I am so upset and disappointed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
