Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Plover, WI

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get my lip waxed, and it took about 2 seconds. I'm assuming because Brittany has an appointment right after me. Not only was my lip bleeding (which it never does when I get waxed elsewhere) but there was tons of hair left unwaxed. When I asked for her to fix it, she look at my lip and said "there's like two hairs, but okay." Very unprofessional. She then made me bleed more and didn't remove the hair, so I left. Very displeased.

Horrible horrible horrible my mom went in asked the lady to cut the back of her hair short and have the front down to her shoulders the lady shaved the back of my moms hair wasn't even paying attention was talking to the rest of the people that worked there about food didn't say one word to my mom then when the food comes she stops cutting my moms hair and goes and pays for the food she didn't even spray water on my moms hair she was to busy worrying about her Mexican food after she was done cutting my moms hair it's wasn't anything liked she asked she even showed her 2 pictures of What she wanted before the cut she gave my mom a bowl cut it looked horrible she wanted it to her shoulders and it was right up to her ear when my mom got back home we had to fix her bowl cut that wasn't even. I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star A few mouths ago I was gettin a trim on my hair and when the lady was cutting my hair she cut her finger and blood almost got in my hair this place is horrible I wish it could go out of business these people are more worried about food and talking to the other employees then the customer horrible horrible

Yikes, I've seen some awful dye jobs from here, and did not have a good cut the one time I tried it out. Definitely the cheapest place to get your hair done in the area other than Cost Cutters, buuuut not worth it in my opinion.

Please note, this is a copy of the message I have sent to their corporate/head of franchising for review of the terrible experience. I am sharing it publicly in hopes that no one else gets stuck with this terrible experience. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting a hair cut. My fiance and I came in today, looking for haircuts. Corina cut his hair and was very rude and condescending - claiming she was a "senior stylist" by the end of his hair cut he needed more taken off and it was super uneven, $18 haircut and we will be going to a different salon to get that fixed. April cut my hair, did not say a WORD to me other than asking what I wanted - a trim, I had just gotten a trim not too long ago - I take VERY good care of my hair and do not use a flat iron or anything on it, so a trim should have been 1 inch at the most. 4-5 inches later, depending on the spot she was butchering I ended up with hair significantly shorter than I had wanted. She also added layers (that I did not want, I hate layers in my hair) and gave me bangs - I haven't had bangs since I was a child. She cut my hair visibly crooked, Corina came over and helped her "fix" it but it still looks terrible. My hair does not grow quickly, the 4-5 inches she cut off was a year of growth for me. To add on to this, she didn't offer a wash NOR did she use her water bottle to dampen my hair while cutting she gave the cut COMPLETELY DRY, but felt the need to blow dry my FACE when she was done. She blew her dryer STRAIGHT IN MY EYES. I'm getting married next year and I am terrified that my hair won't grow out enough to look good for wedding pictures. We spent over $30 in the salon on haircuts from supposed "professionals" the service we received was sub-par. I will also be posting this review to Facebook as well as Yelp. Our families will never use Fantastic Sams again, Cost Cutters does a better job.

I just moved to the Plover area and I have not found a stylist yet. I thought I would go to Fantastic Sam's for the mean time. The stylist that did cut my hair said nothing to me the whole time. She clearly did not want to be there. I explained to her right away when I sat down exactly what I wanted and the exact hair style I wanted. I explained at the start I wanted one area of my head shaved that was previously shaved as well. She asked where I wanted my bangs. I stated at my eyebrows and clearly she cut them shorter than that especially with my curly hair. She than stated she was done with my cut.... she forgot to even shave the one side of my head I requested at the start! I asked her to shave my nape so there was still hair but u could see some skin... she did not do this either. I was very clear about what I wanted and she failed in almost every aspect. That's a shame she didn't care more because I am trying to find a good stylist in the area! Oh well.
