Just left this salon. The lady sitting at the very first station to the left did my nails and she did such a wonderful job. No exaggeration, I am the pickiest person ever. I can find something wrong with just about anything and I left with no complaints at all. Thank you so much. I'm visiting from Florida and she did such a good job that I hate to go back home to those crappy nail places. Lol

Was recommended by a co-worker as I was working out of town instead of my normal location. I would absolutely return! Wonderful service! My pedicure was great! The salon was clean, everyone spoke English so it was very easy to communicate with my technician about my calluses and cuticles!

Set of gel nails done by gentleman with name tag saying Kevin. Nothing like I've had done at other salons. Nothing done with cuticles which really needed work. Gel uneven and missing in spots, one side of nail really thick gel, other thin giving appearance from top as crooked. Shaped with shorter area in middle so had to reshape myself bc he said it was natural looking when i tried to show him. Part of my nails showing on 3 mails bc sized too small. The one nail missing big gel area is HORRIBLE! It looks like my nail is chipped. Nail tips too far down on nail so the tip is bigger than the fleshy area and looks like I am a mutant. Big glob of gel under nail that I cannot get out. The people were very friendly and I like that they spoke to each other in English bc I always feel like they're talking about me otherwise. Nice but would never go back. Bella in Wausau best around.

I took my 11 year old niece to get manicures. We were walk-ins, so they couldn't get to us at the same time, which is understandable, but a little frustrating. I sat next to my niece while she was having hers done, and then while she was drying, someone started on me. Neither manicurists talked to us at all during the process and each manicure procedure was totally different. I was left with polish all over my fingers. The other ladies in the shop were having great conversations with the employees, looking at pictures, sharing stories....it was pretty clear that everyone was a regular customer but as walk-ins we were inconsequential. I would not go back.

First time I ever gotten my nails done. I got in 30 minutes after my appointment time. The lady who applied the acrylics did an excellent job-even though I requested to get them shorter, i may have to file them down myself. Then another lady painted my nails. She seemed to rush through it compared to when she did a lady earlier. The second coat is very uneven and on some nails you can see blobs where it didn't cover my nail fully and on the sides you can see streaks and my nail! I'm very picky about how my nails are painted and I didn't see it until I got home. Also one nail had bubbles and they have popped and there's small holes in the polish. It just seemed like she was rushing to get back to he regular-very rude. Overall, my nails turned out great because I have heard horror stories from friends with their acrylics. However, it's going to take a lot of thinking before I return here for a fill and recolor because I didn't feel welcome there over their regulars and the paint job has a lot to do with it-I could have done it 100% better!
