Hinestly would leave 0 stars if I could. Just had my hair absolutely butchered by Shannon. I told her that I only wanted to take off as much hair as absolutely necessary to blend it from growing out from a pixie (my hair was past my shoulders) between her getting chop happy and thinning my hair out without my permission or even asking, half of my hair ended up on the floor and not my head. The layers are super obvious and my hair is super thin and just all around does not look good at all. I was also pushed multiple times to try to get me to do color after I had said I dont want any and even was told that after the cut how obvious my roots were in a final attempt to upsell. Then pushed multiple times to get me to shampoo, saying that the only reason that my layers looked bad were because I needed it washed and blow dried. I washed my hair less than 16 hours ago, so this shouldn't have been an issue. All around horrible experience and I will never be giving this company any more of my money.

went in yesterday for cut since i havent been sin for e shut down due to covid 19. myhare had grown out a lot. Started out good. talk to both hairdresssers that were there. Main girl explained how to cut hair to gey what i wanted. because top was to be lrft long to hang over sides. parted giar around top to pull up in top pony tail version to keep out of the way while cutting sides. but when girl took top down she preceeded to blend it into the back and did leave it long. i asked her if she was leaving it long so it would hang diwm in front
she combed it d she wn and suddenly choped off the front. this what i wanted and what i got i took this in to shop with me
